A 4 bedroom luxury townhouse situated in New Street. The property has private parking and is located close to The Grafton shopping centre (6 mins walk) and city centre. Arranged on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), patio garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with brand new furniture. The kitchen is fitted with Neff appliances including gas hob with electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave oven and washing machine/dryer. The open plan living/dining room is furnished with a solid oak dining table with 8 chairs, two premium leather reclining 3 seater sofas, 40 inch HD television, blu ray player and double glazed French doors and window.
