Great Stay
The apartment was just as advertised. Everything was clean, neat and well kept. TIP: If you are there on Sunday, go to the Waterman for Sunday Roast!! Great little apartment, my wife and I enjoyed it very much and would stay again!

Great base from which to enjoy a Cambridge
Flat is lovely and comfortable and provided a perfect base to enjoy a Cambridge. I would certainly return.

Cute and cozy stay in Cambridge
The owners, Katrina and Barry, are very thoughtful, kind and attentive. The flat is very nicely decorated and very cozy and clean. The location is excellent with a 10 minute walk along to river Cam to get to the old city centre. Highly recommend. We still definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cambridge.

Nice apartment on 3rd floor
very nicely remodeled property, European small typical, high charge for washing machine fee, great appliances, great amount of power plugs, prop mgr brought us a small fan, wish it was larger and had 2 for the 2 rooms, since there is typically no AC in UK. Bringing suitcases up narrow stairs was a challenge.

So wonderful
What a great room. Clean and furnished with new appliances. Only downside is that it’s between 2 roads so you hear vehicular traffic if the Windows are cracked, but if closed the sound isn’t too bad. Not a huge problem if you’re coming to tour as you’ll be too tired everyday from activities to hear anything.
I’ll definiteky go back again just for the comfort of having a responsive owner (Katrina) and a homey clean feeling!

this place is really nice, everything is brand new...
this place is really nice, everything is brand new and comfortable. we stayed with two young kids and the owner offered games, crib and picnic blanket. Owners were really helpful with suggestions for nearby attractions and resources. The park and swimming pool is really close, kids enjoyed them. We totally reccommend this place and will surely come back again next time we are in town. Thanks!
