Over 6000 acres of parkland and green space gives Surrey the name, City of Parks. But, Surrey provides much more to residents, businesses and visitors alike. Surrey offers many things to do, like the arts and culture in our galleries, events and festivals and leisure activities. The Canada Day celebration, and the Fusion Festival are 2 of the region's most popular summer festivals, and see thousands of visitors every year. We are close to downtown Vancouver, minutes to golf courses, shopping malls and grocery stores.

About the neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is safe. We are across Bear Creek. When you explore Bear Creek Park, you'll find the focal point for the arts at the Surrey Arts Centre, the cooling off point for the summer at the outdoor pool, and the kids' hot spot at the Bear Creek miniature train.
We've seen events held at the newly-renovated Bear Creek Pavilion. We've even seen weddings in the Bear Creek Gardens, which are open from dawn 'til dusk, year round.
You'll also find football and soccer fields and a running track to practice your skills. Or, just wander down the nature trails and walking paths and have a picnic under the covered picnic shelter. Just a short walk down the trail and you could see a glimpse of some salmon or trout.
There Is A Golf Course Within 30 Mins Drive, Water Park Nearby.
