The main floor has a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with two twin beds, and a third with twin bunkbeds. This cottage is very well equipped for home entertainment, with a pool table, home cinema and private outdoor hot tub. Wireless access to high-speed internet is included. In summer, the air conditioning and the large patio with barbecue are greatly appreciated RENTAL CONDITIONS Deposit: 50% is required upon booking; the balance is due no later than 1 month prior to arrival. Payment: Wire transfer, Visa and Master card. A security deposit will be taken by credit card Visa or Master Card or cash. Check in: 4pm; check out 11am - or at your convenience if availbility permits. Miscellaneous: No smoking, no pet, maximum 10 adults and two kids, no reservation for people under 25.
