About the neighbourhood
The impressive 26 acres neighbors Kitty Coleman Gardens and is a short walk (950 meters) from Kitty Coleman Provincial Park and Beach, which has it's own boat launch. From there you can see Bald Eagles, whales, seals, seal lions and, sometimes Dals porpoises. This is quite a popular spot for salmon fishing. In Jan and Feb, you can hear the sea lions from the farm as they wait for their delicious feast of salmon returning to the sea from Kitty Coleman Creek.

From here you are also a 10 minute, flat, bike ride to Seal Bay Park, a treasure in the valley. The K'ómoks Band named it Xwee Xwby Luq or “place of serenity and beauty.”
