Perfect for sleeping or an area to sit down and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The main level offers an open concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. The spacious main floor bedroom comes with a split king bed, large flat screen TV, closet, dresser drawer, large closet and mountain views. The living room has vaulted ceilings, queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 4, Netflix, and once again, that spectacular mountain view. The main floor bathroom features a state of the art high tech steam shower/Jacuzzi tub that will massage you from head to toe. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools and a large dining area that has seating for 8 people. There is also an office area with a desk for business travellers or if you really have to work on 'vacation time.' The suite comes with 2 secured parking spaces located across from the elevator in the heated underground parkade for easy access to the top floor. We offer guests free WiFi, in-suite laundry as well as access to the all the awesome amenities at the resort which you can enjoy. These include a indoor water park with a heated indoor swimming pool, unique indoor/outdoor hot tub, water slide, kids frog slide and splash waterfall and fitness centre. On-site dining at the Grande Kitchen and Bar Restaurant. You may also have free access to Banff National Park as you may borrow our family Park pass while staying that will save you some $. We want our guests to have the best Rocky Mountain vacation EVER, both indoors and out. Enjoy the spectacular outdoor adventures that Canmore and Banff have to offer while also enjoying all the comforts of home in a spectacular penthouse. Nightly rates vary depending on the season and holidays but our standard rates are $249CAN per night for weekdays and $299CAN per night for weekends. Weekly discount as well. Christmas Season 2018 rates are $499CAN per night. Summer Rates 2018 (June 16-SEPT 22) rates are $499CAN per night. Extra guest fee of $20CAN per guest pet night over 4 guests will apply. You will not be disappointed with this rental property. The place is brand new with all items you will need. We had a great time in the mountains for a week!

From Airport-Head West on Airport Rd NE 1.3km. Continue onto Barlow Trail NE 600m. Turn left onto 96 Ave NE/Airport Trail NE W 1.9km. Use the right lane to take the AB-2 N ramp to Deerfoot Trail. Merge onto Deerfoot Trail/AB-2 N 2.9 km. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 271 for Alberta 201 W/Stony Trail keep left 22km. Take exit 36 for AB-1 W/Trans Canada Hwy W Banff 88km. Take exit 89 toward Canmore/Town Centre 750 meters. Turn right onto Palliser Trail 700m. Turn right onto Benchlands Trail 400m. Right onto Bow Trail 180m. Right onto Mountain St 70m.
