Modern, nostalgic style villa in Tokai, an attractive residential area on the Constantia Wine Route, in the heart of the Cape Peninsula.
The beautiful villa with a special flair is very close to the Steenberg Golf Estates. It includes a large living / TV room, a very nice, functional kitchen with open-plan interior design to the dining room, equipped with modern and high quality appliances and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all in the basement. The master bedroom is furnished with a large queen size bed (184cm wide), a dressing room with dressing table and small safe, and the ensuite bathroom has a long bath and separate shower stall. The second bathroom has only a shower cabin. All furniture is new or in very good condition. Between the garage and the dining room is a multifunctional house...
