On the 1st floor is the open living area comprising of the lounge/diner/kitchen.
The family bathroom is on this level.
On the 2nd floor are the 2 bedrooms & dedicated workspace/study.
Outside there is an off road allocated parking space for 1 vehicle.
The property is suitable for business travellers with it's excellent road links and dedicated workspace/study, families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.
The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, the lounge has a vertical fan, a digital/smart HD TV, with Amazon Prime, Netflix, You Tube etc plus an additional Apple TV box.

At my home there are not many rules to abide by, just simple ones to ensure your stay and future guests have an enjoyable stay.
I have new carpets so I would prefer shoes to be taken off at the front door (there is a cloakroom at the front door for shoes and coats) to help keep the house clean.
