About the neighbourhood
Idyllic and peaceful ideally situated for seeing the whole of Kent with easy access to M2 and M20 motorways and the town's of Canterbury, Ashford and folkestone all within a 15 minutes drive away.
How to get there
From the M20 going towards the coast come off at junction 11 and take the left turn on the roundabout towards Canterbury B2068.. After 5 miles there is a petrol station on your right. This is where you turn left and immediately take the right fork into the small single track lane. NOT towards Stowting. After 1km you will see a very long wooden fence on your left hand side. Keep going until you reach the very end of the wooden fence and you will see Little Mistletoe on your left. The gate to your car park will be open. Easiest to reverse in backwards watching out for the low flint wall.
