The Weehoose, is a beautiful self contained Garden Annex in the heart of Onchan village. Douglas promenade and the TT Grandstand are both within walking distance.

The Annex has one double bedroom with an open plan lounge/kitchen area. There is a very comfortable sofabed in the lounge area. The kitchen is very well equiped with brand new appliances including a dishwasher. Smart TV in lounge. TV also in bedroom. Newly fitted Shower Room.

The accomodation is very bright and airy with patio doors, french doors and velux windows throughout. Feature Beams. Everything is all brand new, fully equipped, compact quaint and comfortable.
Outside is an attractive private decking area with table chairs and BQ.

For your convenience there is also a Washing Machine available for use.

Interaction with guests
The Annex and Courtyard area is for the sole use of guests. Anything you need help with during your stay we are normally available in the main house. If not, we are only a phone call away! Please note we have two lovely little Cockerpoos at our property. If you are walking through the garden, they may be about. They bark, but are super friendly. Just stop and say hello and they will be delighted to meet you!

Jim was a welcoming host who gave very helpful advice on places to visit, eat, shop, etc. We appreciated the starter pack of basic food plus a bottle of wine which made us feel at home from Day One. "The Wee Hoos" was clean, comfortable...More

What a fantastic wee house..its is so cosy and comfy...We came for TT race week and was overjoyed to find we was just a 2 minute ride from bray hill and sign post corner..not to mention 5 minutes from the creg ny baa...the house is...More

We chose the garden annex so that we weren't stuck in a hotel room without a kitchen and lounge area and also for good wifi (which it has!). There is everything you need - loo roll, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid/dishwasher so no need...More

About the neighbourhood
Onchan is a great location for everything you need, Fryers fish and chip shop, Dominos, Loon Tan Garden Chinese takeaway and Bella Pizza are only a short walk away or for an evening meal, Views in Onchan Park and The Archibald Knox are just a couple of minutes walk away, and then at the bottom of Summerhill there is the Queens for lovely pub meals or a selection of various resturarants. Onchan village also has supermarket, shops and pubs and Post Office. You can visit Onchan Park where you will find a playground, boating lake, crazy golf, Go Kart Track and regular Stock Racing as well as a cafe and Views restuarant. Also nearby for daytime and evening walks is the Beautful Fairy Glen.
Getting around
Douglas Promenade and the TT Grandstand are both within walking distance. There is a regular bus service nearby to the centre of Douglas, The Sea Terminal, Ronaldsway Airport and other parts of the Island.
How to get there
The Annex is situated in Onchan village.
As you approach the end of Douglas Promenade turn left up Summerhill.
On reaching the roundabout at the top of Summerhill, turn right into the Village.
Go over the Pelican Crossing and turn right at the Post Office onto Kelvin Road.
Auburn Road runs accross the bottom of Kelvin Road.
No 10, also called Glockner is the big red brick detached property slightly to the right facing you as you are at the bottom of Kelvin Road.
Parking is outside the front of the property.

Public Transport Directions

There is a regular bus service to Onchan from both the Bus station in Douglas and the airport.
