Really good place for big families.
There were eleven of us, 7 adults and 4 kids,ranging from 9 to 12 and we had plenty of room even though we were up there for cyclone Gabrielle.Lovely spot great views

The property has plenty of space, and lots of water toys (SUP, kayaks, body boards).
Because of the storms the previous week, the walk to the beach was twice as long as it was previously - about 100m, as we needed to cross the bridge rather than going directly across the road.
The beach was quite busy in the weekend, but mainly deserted during the week.

Great location across from the beach and a lovely well kept property with a great 'kiwi bach' back yard. Perfect for a family group with children.
