With 4 bedrooms, a wonderful open plan living space and safe gardens full of fruit trees with a lovely private patio its its ideal for families Topsham offers great shopping, parks, cycle trails, outdoor swimming pool (just 10 mins walk - this is one referred to in listing - it is a public pool), museum, tennis courts and numerous family friendly pubs and restaurants. Good local transport connections easily accessible. Topsham is a beautiful, historic estuary side village with everything you could need. A wonderful outdoor heated pool (chlorine free), cycle tracks, copious great eateries and shops, play areas, markets and more.
Getting around
Topsham is the perfect base to explore by foot, bike, bus, train, car and even boat. A short walk gives easy access to the village with great facilities. From there you can catch a bus, train or boat to explore further including ezeter, exmouth, Sidmouth and further afield to the moors and riviera coast. Cycling is easy and accessible with the estuary trail on your doorstep.
