Great location and great building. NO GATHERINGS/PARTIES/SMOKING, NOT FOR GUESTS UNDER 30 YRS OLD. Our property is for RESPONSIBLE MATURE GUESTS ONLY. You will be in the heart of City Place and you will love it!. Light cleaning once per week, you MUST give access to the maid services.
The suite offers the scale and atmosphere of a boutique hotel with the added benefit of newly high end furnishings. Along with the full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you will feel at home. I pride myself in offering my guests the best.

Located in CityPlace, with 24 acres of parks and greenspace, fiber optics high speed connections with over 19 million spent on public arts watch CityPlace light up at night to complement the CN Tower and Skydome / Rogers Centre. Medical and dental facilities, dry cleaning and video, convenience stores and great restaurants, also Tim Hortons and Starbucks, all the banks and Sobeys Supermarket, also right across from the new library just built.
Getting around
Easy walk to bus and or street car, union station 15 minute walk, taxi is everywhere or save further with an UBER.
