A cozy basement suite in a newly built townhouse complex which is located just a 5-minute drive from MarineLand Theme Park & Aquarium and an 8-minute drive from Niagara Falls! There are also lots of options for the whole family in the Fallsview Entertainment District and Clifton Hill with its various attractions, restaurants, and casino. The suite itself is located in a quiet residential area to relax after a day of sightseeing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay even on a rainy day! Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board. The network name and password are on the sticker on the bottom of the modem. !!! Please DO NOT use the microwave that’s mounted above the stove. There’s a spare microwave on the kitchen countertop for you to use while we are waiting for the technician to come and fix the other one. Other things to note -The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. -All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. -Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM. -Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. -Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. - According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver’s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. Also refund won't be provided * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Simply Comfort has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
