House Rental
Welcome to our stylish basement apartment open to a ravine wooded lot. It is clean, comfortable & very quiet. Our guest suite has an open concept plan with private entrance, 2 Kitchens, Family room, 1 Laundry, 2 Office space, 3 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms. Sleeps up to 16 people. Free street parking.
House rules must be read and followed at all times.
We have soundproof insulation installed in the roof of the basement. However, you might hear a slight noise of us walking about during the day. We try to avoid walking during quiet hours.
We are close to restaurants, parks, bus routes, 8 mins drive to the Mount Pleasant GO Station, 15 mins to Mall and 25 minutes to Toronto Pearson Airport and 60 mins to Downtown Toronto, 80 minutes to Niagara Falls.
