Modern old town loft with huge private patio

14 Foot ceilings and the stairs to the loft.
There is fresh paint and new art upstairs now but this gives you a size of the loft with a king
Nice tub if you need a soak.
led lights and granite make for a clean and functional kitchen.
The entrance to Morley's before we had the name put on the door in gold leaf ;)
The city parkade at night,  it is just on the other side of Yates St and always has a spot.
Just across Wharf street there is a nice little green patch I like to take my pug to.

Located in historic Waddington alley in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia you will find a beautiful heritage conversion called Morley's soda factory. We were very lucky to get our hands on what we think is the finest unit in the building and one of only two offering a private garden patio. Located on the quiet back corner of the building our suite is approximately six hundred square feet and features a loft sleeping area, a full kitchen and top of the line modern furnishings. Our private garden patio is the largest one in the building at approximately 450 square feet of serene beauty in the heart of downtown and equipped with a full size BBQ and some very cool patio furniture.

Trendy loft in a heritage building...close to everything downtown. Just park your car (it's cheap in the parkade across the street) and walk everywhere! Beautiful garden for your use (on weekends tenants and locals used the area as well...a bit noisy but not overly disturbing)....More
