Picture postcard quiet waterfront neighbourhood. Feels like you're in the countryside but the property is located only 10-15 mins drive from downtown Victoria. Enjoy beautiful cycling and walking trails such as the Galloping Goose trail, or national historic site, Hatley Castle and it's beautiful gardens and only a few minutes drive from the property, Additionally, our world famous Butchard Gardens is a must see destination and 30 mins drive time from the house.

The Four Mile Pub & Diner is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and within walking distance of the property. It offers the best in pub food in a picture postcard setting and is ideal for families. Nearby supermarket and other amenities are virtually on your doorstep too.

A bus service to/from Victoria runs every 20 mins. A bus stop is located 5-10 minutes walk from the property.
