Built in 2004, The is lovely, clean, bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse has it's own entrance and is wheelchair accessible. It is approx 3 blocks from the Empress, Beacon Hill Park, Library, YMCA/YWCA. 4 blocks from Museum, Parliament bldgs and downtown shopping. 4 to 6 blocks to theaters.restaurants, etc. Secured parking. Small gym in bldg. PVR on Living room TV. Which is A 55 inch UHD, smart TV.....bedroom tv is 32 inch flatscreen......DVD rentals available on Cook Street and library. High ceilings, lots of light! Extremely well equipped.
It is completely furnished. Available at the best rates in Victoria. New carpets and flooring in 2009.
Rates $115 per day
Guests are responsible for their own soaps, paper towels and toilet tissue. Initial supply provided but please replace for the next tenant.
