Self contained private 3 bedroom basement guest suite of house. with its own kitchen, washer & dryer access. It is located in the quiet, safe and affluent south granville area. It's ideal for families and groups as it's very affordable (sadly, Vancouver is among the world's most unaffordable place to live in - research shows we spent 83% of our annual income on housing). The 3 Bedroom Suite comfortably accommodates 6 with three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer)

We stayed in this residence for new year (2010-2011)..... It was the cheapest one we could find... Shawn described everything in detail for me, and Booking was done via internet.... We checked in early in the morning (8 am), and checked out early (6am).... Shawn...More
