The accommodations were just what we needed. Lots of room for us and a nice deck to sit on and relax at the end of our days. Very central to the areas we visited and a quiet neighborhood.

Everything that was needed available.
Host, Ray, she was easily available and delightfully friendly. Be sure to talk about stairs.

I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weeke...
I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weekend so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Inlet to Nanaimo. The ferry is easy and an enjoyable ride. The Savvy Seagull was a great place to stay. Very clean and the fireplace made it feel very comfortable in early Spring. Ray was very helpful and accommodating to my late check in. Thanks for everything!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to Neck Point Park. However, I was unaware of the flight of 28 stairs that was required to navigate to get to the lower level suite. My sister and I are seniors - we both needed help to get our suitcases up and down. Ray, the owner, was a delight to deal with.

This property was lovely. It faces the water, it’s completely private, and access to all that Nanaimo has to offer is convenient. Our hosts were friendly and unobtrusive, and we all enjoyed our stay. Our boys loved the fireplace and the opportunity to watch the sunrise from the deck.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet for. Any suggestion might be that a motion light be installed near the door. We came in after dark every night and needed to use our phone to see the key pad.
