Not Perfect
We stayed at Beach. House over Christmas. The property is ok but doesn't warrant the premium price tag. The cleaning was not perfect. For instance when we stripped our bed on the last day (as instructed) there was a large stain on the mattress cover from a previous time. Our bathroom was cold, the radiator was not plumbed in and the electric heater didn't work. The top floor bathroom smelt damp and fusty. There was no fire wood as stated. It's a shame as with a little tlc the house could be superb. Plus points are the size of the place, ample off road parking and the superb location. I don't think we will be returning to Beach House unless reports indicate improvements.
