Another Beautiful Trip!
This was our second trip to Blue Point Cottage. We love the house. It offers everything we need, and the location can’t be beat. We will be back next year!

Perfection
We’ve traveled to many islands always looking for the perfect beach to return to every year. We finally found it. Cottage was perfect and beach was pure paradise. Judy and owner John were very responsive with any issues or questions. Little Exuma is off the beaten path so if you want nightlife late dinners etc. look elsewhere. Plan accordingly and this will be your best vacation ever.

Perfect adult getaway
The house is great. All we needed for the 2 of us. We loved being right on the beach. Everything is just as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed having the kayaks to go across to the island and have our own private picnic. The beach was never crowded and the little bar 2 houses down was nice to walk to but they do close early as with everything near by 5 or 6 so plan accordingly. Tropic breeze was the best hands down on the island. We absolutely loved it! Bring bug spray in the early hours or the evening they seriously go on attack mode. Unless you are right on the water they will find you all Liam Neeson style. 😉 Other than that is highly recommend.

Beautiful
Blue Pointe Cottage was the perfect beach house for our trip. The house was beautiful, very clean, and on a stunning beach. The grotto across the way was so cool and we loved visiting Brea's. Can't wait to go back!

Magnificent beach
The Tropic of Cancer beach did not disappoint….. crystal clear waters just outside the door of this lovely little cottage. This home had the comforts we needed and the hot tub was lovely but the main reason we stayed was the beach and it was magnificent. Would stay again although it is a bit far for supplies etc.

Gorgeous & Convenient
Always a treat to stay in the beautiful Tropic of Cancer Beach. Blue Point Villa is clean, beautiful and everything you need. Looking forward to staying here again.

Another magical stay at the cottage!
This was our third time to Little Exuma and our second time in the cottage! It is our little piece of heaven and this vacation did not disappoint. Judy is always extremely responsive and helpful if you ever need anything. We took Elvis’s water taxi over to Chat ‘N Chill our first day and loved it. We even got to pet some friendly stingrays! It was pretty windy the whole time, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. Pro tip - turn right off the deck and walk to end of the beach where you will be protected from the wind. They have perfect back pack chairs that are easy to carry and it makes for a great setup. Especially with a Kalik in hand! You are also steps away from a local beach bar right at the Tropic of Cancer entrance and the drinks are delicious, albeit strong! Our last night we got the chef and it was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t change a thing about the whole trip. We can’t wait to come back and relax at our favorite place on earth.

Perfect Lil Spot
It was adorable and even though 2 bedroom and 1 bath it had great living and kitchen space. I spoke with the owner directly on a few small issues that he was very appreciative to know about and assured would be addressed. Be aware the shower is a rain head with not much pressure so be sure to rinse off the sand good outside. Also, the property is up on a hill and the drive up the long and rocky hill can be a bit precarious, no issues for us as we had a jeep but it does take a few min to get off the main road to the property. The AC was great, beds pretty comfy, plenty of sheets, etc...We really appreciated that there were some kitchen essentials left behind by others instead of having to buy everything we needed as groceries are very expensive in Exuma. We will for sure be back when it's just the hubs and I when we want to stay on Little Exuma.

Best beach
This was a perfect spot for my wife and I and 2 kids... We have visited Exuma before and also this particular beach and it can't be beat... It is a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the area... So convenient to just post up on the beach steps from the house so the beers are always cold. Kayaks were fun to head to islands out front... Hot tub a plus! Property management/owners were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Paradise!
Beautiful clean house, had all the staples that we would need for vacation so we could pack light. The Tropic of Cancer beach is absolutely breathtaking. I felt so lucky that we were staying right on one of the most (or maybe THE MOST) beautiful beaches in the world!! Take me back!! We visited Brea’s Delights every day for Bahama Mamas and fruit punch for the kids. Her fish sandwich, cheeseburgers, and conch fritters are sooooo delicious! Some of the best food we ate the whole week. She batters and cooks it right there! We saw fish, starfish, a shark, and a giant manta ray right out front of our house. Thank you for sharing the house with us. What a gem!
