Within the woodland area is a climbing frame and trampoline which guests with childen may use at their own risk The Finer Details... The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. Additional logs can be purchased locally or from the owners Whilst the cottage is all on one level, there is a gravel driveway and step into the shower and bath The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Hen and stag groups are not permitted Commercial, work related and single *** groups are welcomed Events are not permitted without prior consent Please note, there is no washing machine at the property The cottage is self contained within the grounds of Tyte Court where the owners live and can often be seen pottering in the garden, especially on weekends The owners have a friendly Jack Russell so this property will only welcome dogs who are friendly with other dogs Please note that the garden is not enclosed, so dogs will need to be supervised outside at all times, especially if they are not chicken friendly, although the chickens are contained in a dog-proof run The studio above Tyte Cottage is used by a local artist during office hours on weekdays only A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00 Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
