House Rental

The lodge provides light and airy accommodation, which is arranged over two floors. The living area is located on the first floor, with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The lounge is comfortable with bi-folding doors opening to a balcony with another dining area, over looking the resort. There is also a WC on the first floor. The three bedrooms are all on the ground floor, the master has an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and another with 2 single beds, which has a door leading out to the veranda where the hot tub and sauna are located. The family bathroom is also downstairs. As well as the on-site golf and riding opportunities, you can visit the on-site indoor swimming pool and a clubhouse for drinks and meals, an 18-hole golf course and on-site fishing. Oliver’s cafe offers a quaint gift shop and an array of hot and cold food and drinks (and amazing homemade cakes!) Within the grounds is the Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where you can see over 100 Rescued horses and ponies. Entry is free of charge. The beautiful village Somerleyton is close by with its Stately home and gardens which are definitely worth a visit. Wander round the picturesque market towns such as Beccles, Bungay and Southwold which are close by, as well as the historic Cathedral city of Norwich. A beach walk is only a short drive away at Norfolks and Suffolks award winning coastline. If you are wanting to get active and out and about or simply stay in, relax and enjoy the countryside, this is the break for you. All within a short distance, you are able to hire boats to explore the Norfolk Broads, visit the famous picturesque market towns of Southwold, Beccles or Bungay. Somerleyton Hall is a short drive away with its stately home and stunning gardens. Or take a drive to the award winning seaside towns and walk along the golden beaches of Gorleston, enjoy the family fun of Great Yarmouth. For a bit more hustle and bustle, head into the historic cathedral city of Norwich for its shopping, site seeing and energetic night life. Whatever you are looking for, it won’t be too far away!
