Beautiful, brand new and very comfortable apartment on the first floor with direct acces to de patio garden in downtown Playa del Carmen, five blocks from the white sands and turquoise waters of Mamita's Beach and 2 minutes from the Little Italy side of 5th Avenue, this one bedroom condo has a king size bed and futon couch for children or a third guest.
The terrace is huge, the colourful table seats four for outdoor living and eating.
The garden is equipped with a shower, charcoal bbq, a wooden table that seats 12 in the outdoor dining area.

About the neighbourhood
Villa Serafina is located in the very heart of Little Italy, 3 blocks from 5th avenue, near enough to walk to the center but far enough not to be disturbed by nightlife sounds. Shopping centers, minimarkets and supermarket are a few blocks away, at walking distance. The aerea is very secure, no problems walking around.
If you prefere the real not touristic Mexico, there's pleinty of small mexican and ethnic restaurants 1 block from the house.
Don't miss breakfast pork sandwiches 2 blokcs away at Primo's mobile family tricycle restaurant or fruit saladas at Dac and Nativos restaurants, try Orange Cafe's and Papa Charly's specialities all day long.
Getting around
Two blocks from our place you'll find all public transportations, buses, minibuses and taxi pass by all day and night. Buses and minibuse cost 25 cents per person, taxis 25 pesos per ride within city center limits (1 U$= 15 mexican pesos) 35 pesos if you go very far. You won't need that anyway, as we are near to everything, go out walking, use bikes or skates or moped as we all do here, everything can be easily rented, just ask.

How to get there
Arriving from Cancun, get off the elevated bridge at the first exit AVE 34, turn left on AVE 34, drive 5 blocks and turn right on AVE 25, drive 4 block and turn left on 26th street, drive one block and turn left on ave 20, drive one more block and finally turn left in 28th street. CALLE 28. You'll find Villa Serafina purple building, the only purple, on your left and side, half a block away.
If you want we can pick you up at the airport or anywhere else.
If you arrive by bus, take a taxi, maximum cost 50 pesos, don't even ask before and have 50 pesos in your hand. (4 dollars)
