Además de que los departamentos son cómodos y modernos, hay dos cosas que me encantaron: la ubicación y el servicio. Totalmente recomendables para viajeros solos, parejas (como en mi caso) o familias pequeñas.

Puerta Alameda es un 10!!! El trato de Marisol (responsable del servicio a huéspedes), su disponibilidad, su atención, Todo excelente. La ubicación del complejo es óptima para excursiones, paseos a pie, y para moverse en metro o bus. El complejo tiene seguridad las 24 hs y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir a Puerta Alameda en un próximo viaje a Ciudad de México

Sin duda es un excelente lugar de hospedaje, el staff es muy atento y te reciben al momento, están siempre al pendiente de las solicitudes como agua embotellada extra o cambio de toallas. El edificio muy bonito y en una gran ubicación, caminas y está la Alameda central. Todo queda cerca. Muy recimendable

We loved our stay, the apartment was very nicely kept and had everything you might need (hairdryer, iron, towels, dishes) full kitchen, and a plus for me washer and dryer combo! It is located, about 3 blocks from Bellas Artes and in a very safe area, we never encountered any problems. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed Laura was waiting for us, she called us as soon as we landed to make sure we had landed safe and told us she would be waiting for us at the door of the complex, she was very friendly and was willing to answer any questions.There is a concierge at the door 24/7 and you need your key to come in the building, made us feel very safe! We will sure be back to Mexico and we will definitely be staying in this location again! Thank you for a magnificent stay.

Bruce was great...he did not charge me for one of my party not arriving and was punctual and helpful at every step...the property was great and the price charged was far below what would be expected for the amenities the provided. The location is perfect and the staff helpful. Ricardo the driver who picked me up and Cornelius who checked me in were helpful and really good dudes. If you are considering mexico city for a vacation this is a great choice...you will not do better and the next time I visit, it will be here

Personalized service, fantastic historic district ...
Personalized service, fantastic historic district location, so much convenient shopping/restaurants, and the apartment was so clean and neat! Very comfortable bed and quiet sleeping conditions, which is always one of my top requirements when I travel. I'd say this is definitely a property for a quick trip or a longer, more leisurely stay with one or two friends.

This was our first visit to Mexico City. We could not have picked a better location. The apartment was everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and very well maintained. Great people to help you if you needed anything. Small store in lobby area that was well stocked for your needs.
There are restaurants and coffee shops close by. We enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is in the center of Mexico City. Three blocks from Bellas artes and a 10-15 minute walk to the zocalo. The building is very secure! You need a key card to leave and go in. The building has many amenities. The apartment is a good size for 2 people, has all the kitchen items needed. The only issue I had was with the pillows but I must admit I’m very picky with my pilllow. It must have the right consistency. If the pillows had been softer I would have been complete. I recommend apartment for anyone visiting
CDMX and sightseeing.
