We had an incredible stay in CDMX, with Condesa being the perfect neighborhood to call home during our visit. The location was ideal, offering a relaxed atmosphere, full of charming tree lined streets, and a number of delightful cafes and restaurants well within walking distance.
What truly made our experience exceptional was our host Sophia. From the moment we arrived, Sophia was incredibly hospitable, providing a space to store our luggage as we arrived before 3pm, and a providing a wealth of information about the area. She was always available to answer any questions we had, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay.
As first-time visitors to CDMX, we had some travel anxiety, but Sophia alleviated our concerns by offering detailed recommendations and tips on navigating throughout the city. She is such an amazing resource, making our exploration of Mexico City smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, our stay in Condesa was fantastic, thanks to the amazing location and to Sophia. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City, especially if you're looking for a welcoming and informative experience.

Booking with Sophia was a brilliant choice for our family’s first trip to CDMX. The apartment is spacious, well stocked and quiet despite being in the heart of Condessa. The juice bar down the block was lovely. Plus Sophia kindly helped us connect with Eric (a wonderful driver and generous guide), Andrea (who gave an amazing tour of Teotihuacán) and Antonio (whose bike tour is exhilarating). Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful assistance with pre-planning including being connected to a terrific, reliable driver who even took us on a long journey to the butterfly sanctuary.
The apartment was top notch — clean, comfortable and quiet within and without. The location was on a side street very near many neighborhood restaurants and markets.
Every imaginable need was provided for.
I recommend this stay highly and hope for a future stay myself!

Had a great stay for a week at Sophia’s property. Highly recommend. Great central location, proactive and accommodating property owner, clean and well maintained property, never waited for more than 4 minutes for an Uber and conveniently located to restaurants and cafes. My daughter and I stayed but the apartment has three rooms and two full bathrooms, so plenty of space. Sophia had a top notch water purifier which saved us from hauling water back to the apartment. Also our Spanish is not very good and the area was highly accommodating to rudimentary Spanish speakers.

Unbeatable location in Condesa on quiet street. Apartment is cozy, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. Host is accessible and very helpful with any needs. Her guidebook recommendations are best in class. Would stay here again without any hesitation!

I can’t say enough about how this rental led to a wonderful vacation! Sophia Andrea is an exceptional host and her light-filled apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything you need is in the dwelling, the beds are comfortable and the host’s guide book is filled with useful info about both the home and the surrounding neighborhood. La Condesa is the right neighborhood if you want walkability and easy access to Chapultepec Park.
Additionally, Sophia Andrea helped us to find wonderful Dia de los Muertos activities and excellent dinner reservations. I cannot possibly convey how thoughtful her recommendations were. Eric, the driver that she works with, is lovely - he helped us with airport transportation and a trip to the pyramids. We will be back!

A great place to stay when exploring CDMX and surrounds. The host is exceptionally welcoming from sharing recommendations on things to see and do from restaurants to helping arrange a trusted driver for our trip to Tolantango. The place is great too; comfortable and nicely decorated with everything you need for a great stay.
