Unit#4 is a large 800 square foot apartment with a large private terrace and a beautiful view of the hills of Puerto Vallarta. All exterior walls open up to the exterior giving the feeling of indoor/outdoor living. With so many windows the apartment is filled with natural light and breezes flow through the apartment. Take your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private terrace while watching the neighbourhood come alive.

Old Town in Puerto Vallarta is a Real Mexican Neighbourhood that comes alive in the evenings. Neighborhood is lively and active with kids playing in the street, Marta selling roasted corn on the corner and the neighbors enjoying the evening.

People choose to stay here because it is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, the Rio Cuale and the swinging bridge, as well as the Malecon and famous Los Muertos Beach which is about 6 blocks down Aquile Serdan.

Public Transit does not come down Aguile Serdan but does pass by one block away. This will take you to shopping centres, the marina and beaches to the south.
