- Special events must have prior management approval
- No smoking inside the condominiums, clubhouse interior or while in the pool.
- No drinking while in pool.
- No glass containers in and around the pool area.
- Children must have adult supervision at all time especially in pool area
- No children in pool after 9 pm.
- Pool open for adults until 11:00 PM. Quiet time after 11:00 PM

Amazing view and convenient location,close to market,city center most importantly right across the street from the beach
The condo location is great! Across from the beach and close to the center.If you travel with small kids,there is a water playground 3 blocks away! Sam was great,very nice and very attentive!Once we had a complaint he was right there with a solution!There are so many local places to eat with in a walking distance and if you just feel like staying in and enjoying the view the full size kitchen is well equipped to fix a meal.

We appreciate the review by our guests. This was a family with members from three generations. Grand parents, parents, and a child. We were glad that we were able to accommodate to their needs and make them feel at home away from home.
The 4 star rating is below of the 5 star rating we were accustomed to. Our property location, amenities and quality service deserve the higher rating but again this guest chose otherwise. We work hard to make sure our guests have exceptional experience. We hold the highest standards in quality facilities and attentive and friendly service support.
More importantly, these guests already expressed their intent to return and visit with us soon. In addition, they are considering to buy a condominium in the building. To that end, that is what matters. They will be a repeat client whether they rent or be a property owner.
