Stayed for a month in this Condo with all the amenities of home. The views from our balcony were spectucular! The people were all so friendly. The beach is incredible! Very sad to leave. We will return next year!

Un pequeño lugar que tiene todo!!
El condominio tiene absolutamente todo! Internet, Lavadora, secadora, cocina y utensilios. La vista al mar es bellisima y la alberca es grande, ademas no hay muchos huespedes. Asi que se disfruta bastante el complejo!!

Great place to stay
If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Mazatlan, this is the right place to stay. Very comfortable condo, it has everything you need to feel in home away from home. It has a great pool and a beautiful and quiet beach. All the guards are very kind and make you feel safe. We had a very good vacations there.

Un lugar muy tranquilo especial para descansar la alberca muy limpia el acceso a la playa mujy facil el mobiliario de la alberca en muy bnas condiciones (la unica recomendacion que pusieran una television)

Accommodating and comfortable
With a beautiful view, and clean comfortable, well furnished amenities, we had a very relaxing time. Being able to cook our own meals, and having all the necessary kitchen utensils made it ideal to be on our own schedule. The condo has a great pool and beautiful grounds, and a superb beach. Everything is well maintained and comfortable, and we had a great time.

Perfect home away from home!
This condo was very clean, comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean! I will stay there again in a heartbeat! Our family really enjoyed this condo, the pool, the beach and the privacy! We had to rent a car, but it was so worth it, good restaurants in Cerritos beach, along with shopping and a brand new mall and movie theatre within a 5-10 min drive. Its a great place to vacation!!

Excellent condo
Excellent department, it has everything you need to have a comfortable staying, area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. A big pool and tennis court that we enjoyed a lot. Also, Karina, the person that takes care of the condo in Mazatlan makes you feel you count with someone in case any situation. Master br is very good. No tv, but really you do not need. Wifi works ok, small system of speakers but really nice sound quality. The only one thing to mention ares the beds in the second room, are individual size, if your familiy is 6 you would cosider use the sofa, that´s why my rate was Very Good, if owner replace at least one bed with a bigger one would be perfect for 6.

About the neighbourhood
Located on the vast Cerritos beach free of crowds and free of garbage. This beach is very well maintained and there is no end to the adventure that awaits you in water activities or simply exploring.
Bus and taxi accessibility. This condo is only 500 meters away from a gas station.
A few minutes drive (15 minutes walk) to Playa Bruja which is famous for its surfing, also there you will find the delicious seafood beach front restaurant called "La Bruja". In addition to this there are local gift shops, a sports bar with great American food, and gourmet coffee ("Loony Bean")
Half way to the Playa Bruja is a Waterpark.
5 minutes drive to the south is "Marina Mazatlan" . Overlooking the marina are very good restaraunts, and accross the street you find gourmet coffee, gas station, grocery store, fishing supplies, and a dry-cleaners/laundry.
Another 3 minute drive takes you to the Golden Zone ("Zona Dorada")
