A beautiful luxury lodge in the perfect location..St. Davids is a county of contrasts, with long, clean sandy beaches, secluded rocky bays and dramatic cliffs, all accessible from the incredible 170 mile costal footpath. The city of St. Davids is an ideal location for touring, walking, surfing, fishing and sailing. . . .as well as relaxing! Porthgain Harbour- with slipway- is just under 5 minutes away by car, however Seagull Lodge has perfect access to the footpath leading through the fields and down to the little village, which is also home to the famous 'Sloop Inn.'......Great Beer and great food! A boat trip will take you to the magical islands of Ramsey, Skomer, or Skokholm where there is a chance to spot puffins nesting on cliffs, seals resting on pebble beaches or even schools of dol...A beautiful luxury lodge in the perfect location..St. Davids is a county of contrasts, with long, clean sandy beaches, secluded rocky bays and dramatic cliffs, all accessible from the incredible 170 mile costal footpath. A boat trip will take you to the magical islands of Ramsey, Skomer, or Skokholm where there is a chance to spot puffins nesting on cliffs, seals resting on pebble beaches or even schools of dolphins passing through the waters at times. There are art galleries, tea rooms a golf course and of course St. Davids Cathedral to visit, as well as the widely recognised beach, Whitesands, perfect for learning to surf or body board, and only just under 10 minutes away from the Lodge! Traethlyfn private beach is within walking distance from the Lodge and there are some great private beaches and lagoons to be discovered on the costal path- just a short distance from the lodge. The beautiful Abereiddi blue lagoon (pictured) is also within walking distance! The large green open space in front of the property is a perfect BBQ and picnic area, and the ideal place for children to play, whilst in view. It is a shared green with the other few Lodges, but is generally very quiet. The Lodge is brand new with modern appliances. Two double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. The kitchen/ dining/ lounge area are open plan and beautifully decorated. Glass doors lead on to decking, where sun loungers are provided to enjoy the fabulous view. Room to park a boat is an added bonusMore

We stayed here in August as a family of 6 with 2 children. The lodge was a good size for all of us with parking for two cars. We were within a comfortable walking distance to Porthgain which had a lovely pub and fish restaurant....More

My family & I (2 adults & 4 children, ages 3, 6, 9 & 11 years) spent a wonderful fortnight at Seagull Lodge. As other reviewers commented, the photos online don't do this log cabin justice. It's spacious, clean, comfortable & very well kitted out....More

Had a lovely stay at the seagull lodge. Well placed just a short cross fields walk to the coastal harbour. Location was just right and all facilities provided were first class. Even the weather was perfect. Couldn't fault anything. We all had a great time.☺☺☺☺
