On the horizon lie the islands of St. Thomas and St. John and the British Virgin Islands and to the east Salt River Bay and Buck Island. Our mid-island north shore location means convenient access to stores and beaches and pleasant afternoon temperatures cooled by a constant trade wind. Situated in a quiet and landscaped subdivision it's ideal for that romantic holiday. Our West Indian style home is situated in a beautiful subdivision on the north shore directly overlooking Salt River Bay. At 1000 feet from the shore line and an elevation of 400 feet you are lulled to sleep by the sounds of the breaking surf below and cooled by dependable trade wind breezes. Our location means driving time on our 26 mile long island is significantly minimized: 6 miles to Cane Bay Beach; 6 miles to historic Christiansted; and 12 miles to the Frederiksted and the western beaches. The apartment is entered through a stone moon gate opening onto a shaded Zen garden courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and an outdoor grill can be provided upon request. WiFi is available. We have elected to not provide a TV in the room encouraging our guests to take full advantage of the spectacular view and quiet surroundings. Nights offer wonderful star gazing and delightful breezes. More
