“La Pagerie” is a French colonial style beachfront villa nestled in North Natural Park, on the authentic island of Carriacou, the most southern isle of the Grenadines Archipelago, a true sailing paradise.

The house is built on a half acre planted and flowered garden, above a secluded coral stone and sand beach.Spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy pool and are home to many various tropical fish species.

“La Pagerie” offers five en-suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms: Vanilla and Cinnamon on the ground floor, Nutmeg, Pepper and Ginger on the upper floor. In addition, one independent studio on the basement level is equipped with two single beds and has its own bathroom. The villa is actually ideally fit for a party of ten guests.

About the neighbourhood
La Pagerie Estate is located within the protected North National Park (homing wild parrots), on the north-western side of Carriacou, featuring the nicest (and most secluded) beach on the island : pristine Anse La Roche, a few minutes by boat from la Pagerie, a protected home for sea turtles.

Another gorgeous sand beach, well named Paradise Beach, is 15 minutes by car south of la Pagerie, also on the Caribbean sea. Opposite to Paradise Beach is tiny and beautiful Sandy island, featuring three coconut trees that provide shade to an all times generous tropical sun.

The village of Hilsborough features groceries, a fish market (proposing fresh lobsters during the season), a gourmet shop and service (Patty's Deli on Main Street), and local art shops.

Airport: Lauriston airport: 5.0 km
Ferry: Hillsborough jetty: 4.0 km
Carriacou has its own small airport named Lauriston, unable to accommodate heavy bodied aircraft (which land on the neighboring island of Grenada), and is therefore closed to mass tourism, leaving the island for the “happy few”. From Pointe Saline international airport (AOCI code GND) in Grenada, SVG Air offers daily service to Carriacou Lauriston airport.
You may order your own charter flight with SVG Air through us at the time that you book your stay, allowing you to continue asap to Carriacou once your international flight has landed in Grenada. See “Rates” to obtain your tailored quotation.
