This is a nice large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the ocean on the famous Seven Mile Beach. Listen to the waves roll in as you enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook. Or, watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on our huge 400 square foot patio. This is an end unit, so we have extra windows facing North, so many more views up and down the beach and ocean. The total size is 1600 square feet.

To me, the best thing is the great views. There are large sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and living room which allow wonderful views of the ocean, sunsets, and palm trees from almost anywhere in the condo.

The unit is very well decorated, and includes a kitchen very well stocked with cooking utensils. Two TV's with cable, and a stereo system. New TV's and Blue Ray / DVD player were installed in January...

I have a very detailed gust book in the condo with ideas of things to do, where things are in the condo, etc. There is also two guest books filled in by former guests with great information. I always try to answer emails promptly, and can be called if need be. My local agency run by Ellen is also available by phone. Plus we try and have a greeter there when you arrive who can answer questions, talk about the condo, the island, etc.

I will be down in June and plan on updating the drapes, bedding, etc. Also in October the windows and sliding doors will all be replaced with new ones. The blue table was painted by a friend, and reminds me of the ocean outside - so that one stay as is. :-) Glad you had a great trip ! Ken

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the condo - the beach front was wonderful. We had a great time at Stingray City, Starfish Point and Rum Point. Lots of great restaurants. Especially like Hemingway’s which is a short walk and the Wine Bar at Camana Bay.

About the neighbourhood
We are located on the South end of Seven Mile Beach. The unit is right on the ocean. There is a sandy cove for swimming, and great snorkeling beyond and around that. There are many shops and restaurants within a 6 or 8 block radius. We are maybe 10 minutes from the airport, and there is parking if you decide to have a rental car.
Getting around
Most guests do NOT rent a car. So many things are within walking distance. Also, if you dive, go to Stingray City, or other attractions, most places will come and pick you up. There are buses running up and down the main street that are inexpensive. Finally, if you do decide after awhile to rent a car for a couple days, there is Andy's rental car right across the street from the condo.
