Harbour unit#19 is a 3-Bedroom water-front apartment. There are 3 floors in total. The ground floor has the common areas such as lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room and powder room. The middle floor has bedroom-2 and bedroom-3, both with en-suite bathrooms and the top floor has the master bedroom (bedroom-1) with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom-1 and bedroom-3 has a sea-view whilst bedroom 2 faces the Baywalk shopping mall. The kitchen is fully fitted, including a dishwasher. There is good wi-fi available in most parts of the apartment.

All rooms are fully air conditioned. All bedrooms have a king size bed and the lounge has a king-size sofa-bed. The beds in bedroom2 and 3 can be each split into 2 single beds.

Help is always available during your stay. Housekeeper is available twice weekly. The manager/owner lives nearby and is easily contactable by telephone, email or WhatsApp. At last resort you can walk 2 minutes and knock on my door. Please refer to the laminated Welcome Letter in the apartment for information on how to contact our front-desk.

About the neighbourhood
We are located in the quiet residential part of Rodney Bay, with very easy access to the bus routes and local amenities. The combination of excellent location, moderate pricing, good clean facilities and spectacular sea views make this property very good value for money. There are 3 shopping malls, over 30 restaurants and bars and the beautiful Reduit Beach all within a short walk.
Getting around
The A1 bus route which runs from Gros Islet to Castries is 2 minutes walk away. Buses run on average every 2 minutes during the daytime and every 5 - 10 minutes at night. There is a public taxi rank opposite Bay Gardens Hotel, 2 minutes walk away and is opened all day and night, Mon - Sun.

We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection.
