Eclectic property in central Hato Rey near Domenech train station. The rooms are on the second floor of a house which was used previously as a spiritual spa. We have remodeled the property and we have now five rooms and two bathrooms available. Minimalist clean and elegant zen atmosphere in the middle of Hato Rey area. European feel with shared common areas and bathroom. Ideal for business and university faculty and visitors or graduate students. Also for medical tourism. We offer a master suite for two guests with a fancy tub and sink. There is another nice and clean queen room. The shared full bathroom is outside. We also have 1 other with a twin pull-out bed, and this double room of them with a sink ensuite. There are two shared common areas, one with a flat screen TV and a dinning area and another with chairs and a small table which may be used for eating or as a desk. There is also a shared kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave and basic utensils. The apartment has two shared bathrooms. Centrally located mixed business, commercial, university and residential area, right on the side street where El Centro Condominium complex is located.There is a variety of restaurants and cafeterias within short distance and also pubs and bars. You may find banks, 24 hr.drugstores, convenience stores and parks nearby. Very accessible to public transportation. Domenech train station is very near and also public bus stops and taxis. Walking distance to basic necessities. By car, the airport and Isla Verde beach are 15 min. away.Old San Juan is 25 minutes away. The largest mall in the caribbean is 8 minutes away from the property. We may help you coordinate details about your trip and stay in Puerto Rico. How to get there
If you come from the airport by car: take the Teodoro Moscoso bridge, $3.25, and keep to your left. There is a slight curve but do not take the right exit to Trujillo Alto after the bridge, but keep to your left and straight after the curve. Then take Muñoz Rivera exit. At the second traffic light, on Domenech Ave., make a left on the traffic light and then turn on the first street to your right. Make a right turn on the second street, Loaiza Cordero (not the first one with the stop sign), bordering an empty lot. Number 112 is the third property to your right.
