This is a STUDIO apartment. Look for the location of this apt and compare!!!! You'll find everything as soon as you place your foot outside of the building!!! It was recently remodeled (May 2017). This area is the most expensive and exclusive in the whole island of Puerto Rico where everything is within your reach. This apt was recently remodeled and everything inside is 1st quality, didn't cut any corners and tried to furnish it with the best things I could even though the plan was to rent it because I know that people appreciate places like mine and take good care of it. To recover from a busy day, a comfortable MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS & PILLOWS allows quality sleep. A modern AC unit (installed on May 2017) provides clean fresh air, bacteria and allergen free. Cable TV for you to watch TV on the ITALIAN LEATHER living room . BEACH is 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BLDG as well as all the most exclusive stores such as Cartier, Gucci, LV, Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo etc. A gated parking space in the building can be added for a small additional fee ($12 per night) , even though we love animals NO PETS are allowed. Condado condo rental

Great apartment close to all amenities. We loved the closeness to the beech and the walking distance to restaurants. Pool area was a nice place to relax and have a dip each day - it was never busy or crowded. The owner was very helpful...More

Awesome spot!

Loved the place and was it awesome. The location was the center of the Condado area and everything was in walking distance. Gary was helpfully and a pleasure to deal with!

Great Spot close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. A very nicely updated condo with a great pool and easy access to everything Condado has to offer. Will definitely recommend to family and friends - and we will absolutely be back ourselves!!!

About the neighbourhood
This apt is located right on Ashford Avenue in Condado, this is sort of like a 'Ocean Drive in South Beach' but at a smaller scale. As soon as you place your foot outside you can walk everywhere, the best restaurants , clubs, casinos are waiting for you. Conveniently located between the SJU International Airport and Old San Juan. A taxi should be around $18-$20 , there is a bus stop right in front of the building that for just about $.75 or $1.00 you can go directly to the Old San Juan in just 5-10 minutes. Plaza Las Americas which is the biggest mall in the Caribbean is just a 10 minute drive from the apt also.
Getting around
Condado is very accesible by foot, however once you are at the apartment you can take Uber everywhere. This is useful if you want to visit Plaza Las Americas (shopping center), Old San Juan, Isla Verde or even any other parts of Condado.
