A Vieques Island favorite, the beautiful estate villa of La Quinta Jacaranda is on over an acre of land in the tranquil Puerto Real area overlooking the Caribbean and is just a five minute drive to the beach at Sun Bay, the shops and restaurants in Esperanza. The large land parcel affords great privacy and the lush gardens in a perfect tropical setting. The spacious home includes expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, a gourmet kitchen and formal dining. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths comfortably accommodate up to eight people. The home is family friendly and children are welcome. Next to the large swimming pool is a covered gazebo with dining and bar. There are two outdoor security cameras and an alarm system.
