(Villaljuta) This newly built 4 bedroom villa and pool, just 50m from the sea, has spectacular views over both the sea and mountains. It sits on the edge of the picturesque village of Ljuta, which is located between the two UNESCO heritage towns of Kotor (6km) and Perast (4km). In front of the house is a large stone patio with an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The accommodation consists of a spacious and well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The top floor has a single bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and the middle floor has three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have access to balconies with their spectacular views.
