A light and spacious apartment with its own private parking ******** has a separate kitchen and dining room and two en-suite bedrooms with an additional 3rd cloakroom in the hallway. The large living room has three double patio doors which all open out onto a good size balcony with views of the bay. This apartment is fully equipped and has an air-conditioning/heating system and an electronic safe. Ljuta is set in an exclusive part of the bay which catches the sun all day long and the water front has plenty of bathing areas for you to enjoy with purpose built steps taking you into the crystal clear water of the Fjord which is only 30m away from the apartment. It is only 7km from the UNESCO World heritage walled town of Kotor and 6km from Perast. There is a sandy beach just 500 yards away to...
