Welcome to the beautiful 2 bed 2 bath townhouse with private pool in Playa Flamenca just a block off of the Saturday market and a 10 minute walk to the Zenia BLVD shopping centre. LOCATION.
This townhouse is superb! On entering you have a large area with the private pool and dining area as well 4 sunloungers to relax in the sun plus a BBQ. There is a large terrace also off of the living room with lush chairs just to curl up in. This house screams sun! Inside you have a large living room to seat five, aircon, a flat screen tv with all nationalities and a dining area for four. Just off the dining area is a large fully fitted kitchen to cater for all of your holiday needs. The townhouse is only a couple blocks away from the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 10-minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and other such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.

Villamartin areaThe Villamartin development began in 1972 and has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18-hole golf courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. There is also a central square with a bank, supermarket, shops, cafes and fine restaurants. Villamartin is fast becoming one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain. Added to which the climate is wonderful, the beaches are un-crowded and there are a number of lively towns within close proximity. Close to Villamartin are numerous beaches with magnificent views over Mediterranean and the white sand that is typical of the Costa Blanca. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor, which are regularly awarded the European Blue Flag which is your guarantee of high standards and facilities for the whole family.Golf Courses in and around the areaThe Orihuela Costa is noted world wide for its 1st class professional golf courses. Playground within walking distance. The nearest beach is at La Zenia,which is sandy and safe. La Zenia is a 5 min. drive. At La Zenia there are also restaurants, shops and the famous Paddy's Point Irish bar.More local infoSightseeing trips to Torrevieja, Orihuela, Elche, Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante gives a break from golf and beach. For children there is a nearby aqua park and indoor bowling, both in close proximity to Habaneras shopping complex.
Getting around
The Orihuela Costa is an ideal location for a holiday. Numerous Blue Flag Beaches, several championship Golf Courses, plenty of Sun and lot's of good food to enjoy.
Depending on where you stay there is sure to be a commercial area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. In Villamartin there is the world famous Villamartin Plaza, just google it!
There are local bus services for the nearby area and plenty of sites to see close as well either by coach or car if you have a hire car. Cartagena is 45 minutes away and a fantastic place to visit as is Alicante with its Castle Santa Barbara. Torrevieja is only 15 minutes away and is a great day out.

For flying in the closest airport is Murcia at 55 KLM away and then Alicante which is 65 KLM away.
