Close to prestigious golf courses, Villamartin 3km, Las Rambles and Campoamor 5km, a 15 minute drive to La Finca, Bella Vista, La Marquesa, La Romana and Las Colinas and 30 minutes to a wide choice of others. There are many tourist attractions in the area to suit all tastes. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away.

Well situated, perfectly maintained and of course, right by the pool! close enough to local beaches and excellent shops and restaurants. plans already made to returnh again in 2025!

Spacious and comfortable house close to all amenities.
Lovely home close to all amenities. Spacious and comfortable villa overlooking a very nice pool we had to ourselves the majority of the time. A very peaceful area. We had a fantastic family holiday and hope to go back soon!

June 2019 stay
Stayed in this house June 2019 with family of four adults
Plenty of space both inside and outside and plenty of seating and loungers for everyone
As described house is next to pool and at times feels like a private pool
Is a good base for the area with some commercial centres , supermarket and la Zenia all within walking distance
A little further is beaches with Cabo Roig and Campomar well worth a visit but would need to go by car

About the neighbourhood
There are many tourist attractions to suit all tastes. Water park, go-karting, museums, horse riding, safari parks, palm gardens, theme park, water sports, diving, the Parque natural, markets, bowling and cinema. There may even be a local fiesta at the time of your visit. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all. The huge La Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex is less than 15 minutes walk from the house with free daily entertainment.
Getting around
We supply bus timetables but there are many amenities within walking distance. Directions to these are included in the information folder in the house. You can walk to the beach, the supermarket, many restaurants and bars, park, shopping centre with children's amusement area, picnic area, sports centre and a lot more too!
