In the house there are 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with air-condition) plus sofa in salon, one bathroom, one toilet, kitchen, dinning room, two taraces, and big solarium tarace with sea views. The house is overlooking the lovely swimming pool and it is south facing. It is located in Spanish district Playa Flamenca, close to the beach - 1,5 km, close to the restaurants and supermarkets - 0,2 km.

5+++ star, nice clean place, alot kichen tools, clean pool nad friendly neigbours. Close to shop and sea.
