Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities including a large swimming pool with bar, large heated pool, children's pools, playground, jacuzzi, gym & wellness. Of course, in addition to the attractive gardens, there are also sunbathing areas.
The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with lots of daylight through the large windows. The apartment is oriented to the southeast so that you can enjoy the sun in the morning and afternoon, in the house but also on the spacious balcony of approximately 20 m². From this balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, that's no problem.
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The master bedroom at the front of the apartment offers direct access to the balcony and also has an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathroom has underfloor heating if it is cold. The house has an Android TV and a Chromecast. In this way you can watch your own favorite channels. The apartment and the underground parking can be reached by elevator and/or stairs.
