From this balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, that's no problem.
The house offers 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The single beds can be placed next to each other if desired. The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathroom has underfloor heating if it is cold. The house has very fast Wi-Fi and TV where you can receive all international channels, among other things. The apartment and the underground parking can be reached by elevator and/or stairs.

If you like a market then you can indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away.
