The complex has a gate entry system and has a car parking. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, a bus stop, plus the wonderful sandy blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca ( 500 m ) and La Zenia ( 1 km ).
Playa Flamenca boasts an array of services and amenities and is a short drive from many fantastic golf courses including Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Colinas. San Javier airport is only 20 a minute drive away, and Alicante airport a 45 minute drive. You have a range of services and amenities at hand including shops, bars, restaurants and not forgetting the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre ( 1,2 km ). Playa Flamenca also hosts its own street market every Saturday ( 5 minutes walk ) - here you can purchase a selection of locally grown produce. Playa Flamenca is a perfect coastal destination for both holidaying and permanent living a like.

Great apartment, close to all amenities. An intimate beach with a bar. We found everything we needed here. For Ursula nothing is impossible, everything we needed was taken care of. She helped organize a trip to Guadalest and it was a great place. The Long Horn restaurant recommendations are probably the best steaks in the world. Thank you that there are such owners. We recommend.

Great
Best location, we could walk everywhere in a few minutes. We are older people and that is very important to us. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable in Laguna Rosa. Peace and quiet around, although it was the season. Very nice and kind owners. We were very pleased when we saw the welcome gift. Thank you.

Fantastic location
Apartment located close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very clean, there was peace and quiet in the evening and we could sit on the balcony for a long time. Very nice service. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Amazing apartment!!
Very lovely apartment very close to the beach and shops .Nice quiet area with alot of local attractions ideal for families .Alot of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from close to the apartment .The apartment itself is gorgeous and we had an amazing time there with the kids would 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning there in the future .
