60 km south-east from Joensuu, Lake Tohmajärvi within 10 metres (lake's lenght 8 km). A shallow sanded shore of which clay bottom deepens gently. An own shore and a boat, the shore facing north-west. Wooden cottage which was renovated in 2006. A kitchen-living room (with an extension bed), a bedroom (a double bed and a separate bed). There is a separate bedroom (with double bod + 2 separate beds) upstairs (route via outside). A hall, a bathroom, a sauna (wood-heated stove), a terrace and a balcony. A charming renovated cottage by the Lake Tohmajärvi. The closest neighbour cottage is not be seen from the yard in the summertime. The yard is spacious and even. The lakeside is kid-friendly.
