The villa can accommodate up to eight guests. Each of the equally spacious 3 bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom, double vanity, air conditioning, ceiling fans and sliding doors leading out to the pool or upper veranda. Two of the bedrooms have a separate dressing room/office which are suitable for additional beds for children. There are a total of 5 bathrooms (3 ensuite, 1 shower room and 1 powder room) in the villa.
The living and dining areas maximize the indoor/alfresco lifestyle by providing easy access to the outdoor areas. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout but also provides ceiling fans for those who prefer to enjoy the cooling effect of the breeze and go to sleep to the sound of the waves.
Ground Floor
The gourmet kitchen includes an attractive island breakfast bar and opens onto the pool deck to facilitate al fresco dining. It connects to a large reception room with spacious dining area, sofas, TV and full width folding doors opening onto the pool deck. This creates a wonderful, integrated indoor/outdoor area for daytime living.
First Floor
All rooms on the first floor have magnificent vaulted ceilings to create a spacious, airy feel. The centrepiece is the Great Room with its own cocktail bar area, refrigerator and sink making it the perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. Its full width folding doors open onto a veranda that runs the length of the villa. This area has a selection of comfortable chairs for relaxation where guests can kick back and enjoy the far reaching sea views. As the days wind down, recline with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the serenity of Cinnamon Heights!

The only bedroom located on the ground floor, this spacious bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower, double vanity, separate dressing room/office (suitable for additional beds for children), air-conditioning, ceiling fan and safe. This bedroom has sliding doors that open onto the main veranda and pool deck.
First Floor
All rooms on the first floor have magnificent vaulted ceilings to create a spacious, airy feel.
Bedroom Two features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower, double vanity, separate dressing room/office (with sleeper beds for children), designated shower room for this additional sleeping area, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. This bedroom has sliding doors that open onto the beautiful upper veranda with a comfortable outside seating area.
Bedroom Three features a king size bed or twin beds, en-suite bathroom with large shower, double vanity, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. This bedroom has sliding doors that open onto the beautiful upper veranda where two chairs are waiting for you.

This is an amazing house. It was perfect for us - a group of 5. Situated above the Mount Cinnamon Hotel, it has views along Grand Anse. Because of the height, it has lovely breezes to keep you cool.
The house is well equipped with everything you would expect plus an ice-maker and blender for making cocktails! We loved to watch the bats in the evening with a rum punch.
Air conditioning was great and cleaners come everyday. You can use the facilities at the Hotel and it’s a short stroll down to the beach club.
A few things I picked up in other reviews and was worried about;
1. It’s up a really steep hill! Well yes it is - this is how you get the view and the breeze. BUT the hotel will always give you a lift from reception or the beach bar - just ask them!
2. The pool is cold and shaded.. ugh what? Not at all. Pool is lovely and warm and in full sun most of the day - you’ll be moving to sit on back of veranda.
The owner kindly put us in touch with the hotel who provided us with a chef for a few days which was great - sitting looking over Grand Anse and St George’s eating a lovely meal on the veranda!
It’s also well located for restaurants and shopping - we walked to umbrellas and Spice Mall a few times, also Carib Sushi (the best!).
All in all it was a perfect rental property!

A house like no other
We rented Cinnamon Heights for two weeks for my Mum’s 60th. The house is extremely spacious and perfect for a grown up family or couples sharing as all the bedrooms are spaced out on either side of the living areas of which there are two, one on each floor. We used the upstairs living area and terraces in the evening. Each bedroom has its own outdoor area which all link up but allowed us to either all be together or to take time out and still enjoy the amazing views. The rooms on the first floor have lovely high ceilings and all of the bathrooms are top quality with marble floors. The kitchen is fully equipped so we cooked a lunch or dinner every day and discovered some great butchers so used the BBQ which heats up instantly. The house is set up for 8 and you’ll find everything you could possibly need.
We used the pool morning noon and night and the hot tub in the evening. The view from the pool
made it for us. Particularly at night it is mesmerising and reminded me of the French Riveria, a perfect backdrop for suppers on the long dining table on the terrace.
There is total privacy on the terrace as the house is situated above the properties below which are part of the lovely Mount Cinnamon resort. The house is unique as it feels like a private villa but also benefits from being part of a friendly resort with great amenities. We used the gym, played tennis most days, sailed the hobiecats, went out in the kayaks and played lots of table tennis so there is plenty to do. The beach bar is great for lazy lunches and snacks and the odd cocktail. The resort is luxurious but also totally unpretentious, the staff are always on hand with anything you need and arranged lots of transport and reservations for our group.
Cinnamon Heights is one of the most perfect places we have ever been, the best of both worlds and we loved the feel of island living on Grenada. The people are relaxed, welcoming, amenable and it was a true pleasure to experience their island.

Beautiful, spacious villa with amazing views of Grand Anse Beach and every amenity.
Spending a week at Cinnamon Heights with good friends was wonderful! It is definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So many places to sit and views everywhere! Mt. Cinnamon! Wow! What a well run resort. The service is incredible - the staff is so accommodating and professional! The beach bar, the restaurant! All just perfect.
We spent every day on beautiful Grand Anse beach - Mt. Cinnamon Resort is located on the nicest part of the beach- great swimming and no crowds. Ate lunch at the beach cabana every day - food and drinks were delicious. Went to Savvy’s (the restaurant in the resort) for dinner Saturday night for tapas and live music. It was lovely. Delicious food and great service with beautiful views of the water and the gorgeous landscaped grounds. We loved the Friday night bonfire with dinner and steel drum band.
Went on a tour of the island with Ashton and saw the waterfall, spice shop and a few shops in St. George’s. Had dinner at The Aquarium. Wonderful!
I can’t say enough about the staff at Mt. Cinnamon! Mark, Shauna, Judy, Amanda, Shekira, Odissa, Waddell and Antonio were helpful to us in so many ways. Michelle and the housekeeping team were amazing. The villa was well appointed with a beautiful pool and hot tub - all of this made our vacation so special. It’s just beautiful and so comfortable. Made us feel right at home. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there!

Stunning villa in a wonderful hotel
We, 3 couples, stayed at Cinnamon Heights for a week and we all thought it was wonderful. The house is absolutely huge and well laid out for maximum privacy. We spent our days staring at the breathtaking view and enjoying the pool or hanging out on the beautiful beach. Mount Cinnamon is located on the best part of the best beach on the island. We loved the Cabana for lunch, great food and service. My only suggestion would be to have more sunloungers at the villa. It is a 3 bedroom villa and only 3 were provided. Mark, the superb manager of MC, lent us a couple from the hotel but it would have been easier for all if there had been more from our arrival. That said, it was a small thing, and it will truly be difficult to find another villa rental as good as this again! Thank you.

Dream house even if it didn't have that view!
I am lost for words!
From the minute we stepped off the flight, we were whisked to Mt Cinnamon (about 10-15 mins and you are in the infinity pool). The staff were amazing, bringing us some great (& strong) Rum Punches. Get used to the strength - it is par for the course in every bar across Grenada!
After sleeping off a little of the time difference, we headed down to the sun loungers in-front of the wonderful Savvy Beach Bar every day. Probably more fair to describe Savvy's as a restaurant as well as the food and drink as well as service get full marks.
Upon return, you see the maids have been and the house and grounds are permanently in a pristine state by the army of Grenadian staff who clearly take such care and pride over the resort and the house.
The house is extraordinarily spacious & finished to one of the highest standards that I have experienced. All bedrooms are large with en suite, beds are very comfortable and best of all there is a permanent sea breeze (no air-con in 2 weeks)! I sit back in London longing to fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping on the beach again!
It is hard to detach yourself from sitting on one of the terraces or balconies (we counted over 30 seats - all with a view) or just sitting in the hot tub with friends at sunset!
That said, the island is a beautiful one and worth exploring. Boats for charter; we used a great speedboat (a Sea Ray called Happy Hour) available from reception, which opened up the door for great snorkeling and some of the harder to reach coves.
A real highlight for me was the Dive on the reef in Flamingo bay (taken by Dive Grenada). They are based right by the water sports, which, come inclusive with the resort. The team there will get their own separate rave review.
All in all, a perfect trip; being with old friends and making some new ones. Immaculate service, incredible house, even better view and maybe one or two Westerhall 10X0's too many. I'll be sure to return!

Amazing
I was lucky enough to stay at Cinnamon Heights for over a week with some friends. Grenada is an incredible place and the resort, villa and staff mirror this sentiment.
We were collected from the airport and after a 10 minute trip, we arrived to the resort and were greeted with delicious rum punches and wide smiles.
The view from Cinnamon Heights Villa is gorgeous. The Grenadian spirit reveals itself through the rolling rainforest covered hills, Grand Anse Bay and St. Georges. We soaked up this jaw-dropping view from the balcony with our rum punches, listening to the music from the city lap across the bay and wash smiles onto all our faces.
This initial experience teed up the remainder of our holiday with the staff always on hand to advise and help in any way they could. The beach area is a great place to say hello to the neighbours and chill. If you're someone who's more active, the sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, SUP, table tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, oversized chess, tennis, croquet, gym and pool!
I would (and will) 110% recommend anyone who is visiting Grenada to stay at Mount Cinnamon and where possible Cinnamon Heights Villa. It's a holiday I will never forget.

We thought we had gone to heaven!
Utter bliss. Extremely comfortable and well kitted out. Spectacular views across Grand Anse Bay. Wonderful walks along the beach refreshed with a gorgeous cocktail at Savvys. All in all a wonderful set up with a beautiful pool. We returned to the UK utterly refreshed from our week and we would thoroughly recommend Cinnamon Heights.

Amazing place!

Wow!
Cinnamon Heights is one of the most beautiful rental villas I have stayed in.
My family and I travelled to Grenada for my wedding and stayed at the villa for 10 days. We arrived at the Mount cinnamon resort and were welcomed by Mark and his staff with cocktails!
A golf cart then took us to the villa which is not too far from the resort entrance. Wow! is all we could all say. The pool, the jacuzzi and the views from the villa were breathtaking. We were shown around the rest of the villa by mount cinnamon staff. Each room is beautifully decorated and feels very homely.
If your looking for luxury, breath taking views and great hospitality then this will surpass your wishes

Truly Wonderful
Just came back from one of the best holidays in the Caribbean. We stayed at Mount C 6 years ago and saw the house being built and made a wish to come back and stay at the Villa. Which is huge and beautifully built, well equipped, with probably one of the best views in the whole of the Caribbean. So comfortable with plenty of private space if you travel with friends!
Our 11 year old daughter had a great time. It was difficult to leave the beach and Savvys beach bar. The staff were all gorgeous and so happy and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. To be honest the staff really made the holiday too.... !! Husband went on a couple of fishing trips and we all went on snorkeling trips with Dive Grenada...all good! We love cooking so spent many nights entertaining on the balconies and cooking lobster on the BBQ!
The local shops and restaurants are good and easy and you dont have to pay the insane prices of Barbados. Speaking from someone who went to school in the Carib, Jamaica and Barbados, Grenada is now our favourite island. We hope to return again next year!!!
