Upstairs: · Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 cot. · Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. · Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. · Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. · Bedroom 5: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 cot. · 1 bathroom with shower. · 1 toilet. · In total there are 5 bedrooms with beds for 18 people and 2 cots (it is the maximum capacity of the house and there can be no more people accommodated). · The house has central heating with a boiler and gas radiators. · No air conditioning. There are fans in the bedrooms. · Free outdoor parking is available. . Use of the Barbecue: The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months due to the risk of fire. · You can walk or bike along the paths around the house and walk to the castle of Palafolls, with a spectacular view of the region. · The car is necessary because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport. · It is well connected, just a 5-minute drive from the Costa Brava access road (GI-682). · Just 45 minutes from Barcelona city by motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona city (N-II motorway). · Just 20 minutes drive from the beach town Blanes and beach town Malgrat de Mar. · Within a 10 minutes drive there are shops, outlet stores of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls. · The Marineland Water and Dolphin Park in Palafolls is just a 7 minute drive away. · Barcelona-El Prat Airport at 85 km and Girona-Costa Brava Airport at 30 km. Guests at the property: · The house is rented completely for the exclusive use of the guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children and babies. · Property only can accommodate the number of people in the reservation and can not be more people staying/visiting at the same time at the property. Check-in: · The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted. . Key collection takes place in our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Carrer de Les Antilles 13 17310 Lloret de Mar Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival) Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival) · Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost. ·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made. ·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights. Cleaning: . The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit. IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit. Beach towels are not provided.
