Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rates and will be charged on-site by the technician. Rules: · Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. · Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. · Pets Allowed, it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, for booking of more than 7 days the maximum price will be 42€/pet/reservation. - IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit. · Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. · Community pool subject to the rules of the community owners where the house is located.
